All Western Learning Systems workshops can be customized to meet your specific business objectives or organizational needs. We will work with you to tailor the workshop(s) you need to meet agreed upon requirements.

Some of the workshops we have tailored, for our clients, recently include Interviewing; Team Building; Workshop Facilitation Skills; Coaching and Change; Building Customer Satisfaction; Leadership and the Law and Effective Meetings. If your needs fall outside our current curriculum, we may be able to develop one specifically for you... just ask!

Planning for an In-House program is quite simple. Call our office and make an appointment with your account representative to discuss your requirements. We will then schedule the workshop(s). Employee interviews will be conducted to shape the program to your specific needs.

The program can be held at either your location or our Santa Clara training facilities. We have two conference rooms to choose from. There is no additional charge for using our facilities.

*Please note that all In-House programs are billed at a minimum of 15 participants.

Lunch N' Learn Programs

Yes, you really get a free lunch! Our high energy Lunch N' Learn programs give you the opportunity to be at your desk in the morning, attend a great seminar on a timely subject, enjoy an excellent lunch and be back to work at 1:30, ready to use your new knowledge and skills.
