WLS - Management Institute Curriculum

The following pages contain detailed descriptions of each of our Management Institute workshops. The individual workshops in the curriculum have been carefully designed to address the key issues each of us face in our daily working lives. Each workshop represents a unique, targeted module in a comprehensive, integrated approach to continuous performance improvement.

A number of key beliefs have governed the development of these workshops, specifically:

We believe that adult learners prefer workshops, in which they play an active, challenging role. Consequently every workshop is highly interactive, and our instructors focus on facilitating your involvement with the materials.

We believe that skill building takes place only after you have been given the opportunity to try out the new skills and behaviors presented in the programs. Therefore we take every opportunity to provide meaningful skills practices during the workshop, and will ask you to carefully plan how you will put your new skills to work back on the job.
