An ISVOR DILTS WORKSHOP

Workshop Description

In businesses and organizations, ethics and ethical behavior are vitally important because leaders hold positions of power, and many people are affected by the leader's behavior.  Because of their level of influence, leaders also frequently become symbolic figures and role models whose behaviors are seen as examples to be followed by others.  Recent scandals highlight the negative consequences that can occur when business leaders are unwilling or unable to make ethical decisions.  The purpose of this workshop is to explore the importance of ethics and leadership in organizations and social systems, and to define ways in which ethical leadership can be developed and deepened within the organization.
