Lean Six Sigma Training

This program provides participants with the working knowledge necessary to lead teams in the Lean Six Sigma improvement methodologies. Special hands-on emphasis on problem solving & analysis techniques occurs as GB Candidates run multiple simulations—from conducting Gage R&R Studies with use of calibrated measurement tools; to conducting Lean-JIT Skits to help understand work flow and Takt Time analysis; to conducting the “Paper Airplane” Manufacturing process—a unique developmental simulation designed to showcase sub-optimization, waste and non-value added (NVA) activities.

Workshop training also covers both the theoretical & practical basis for the Six Sigma methodologies as well as how to successfully implement Six Sigma projects within your organization.

The Lean Six Sigma program offering is an exciting, quick-paced program that focuses on delivering the requisite process knowledge necessary for your future company leaders to fully understand your customers needs, internal processes capabilities and how best to improve them.

Upon completion of this course the Green Belt candidate will effectively lead change in your organization by instilling process improvements where they make the biggest impact--at the valued-added point of contact.



Advanced Preparation

Candidates are required to have met with their local sponsor / champion and to have secured a viable project prior to initiating training.
